California Prop 65 bis Phenol A

On March 17, 2016 California Office of Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) published a notice of proposed rulemaking to establish a maximum allowwable daily limit for dermal exposures to BPA.  OEHHA also published an emergency action allowing for the use of point of sale warnings for BPA exposures from canned and bottled food or beverages.
